• Amberday's verdicts, load scores, suggestions and plans are estimates calculated from the data available on your iPhone. They give a trend to help you dose your training, with no guarantee of accuracy.
• Amberday is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you are in pain, feel unwell, are ill or have any doubt, ask a doctor before training.
• The decision to train, and at what intensity, remains the sole responsibility of the user.
• Weather forecasts come from Apple Weather and may be inaccurate.

These limits do not remove any of the rights that the law grants to consumers.

Intellectual property

The Amberday name, logo, icon, the app's code, and the website's text and illustrations belong to AROBASE. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited, except for private use.

The word “Amber” in the logo is drawn with the Kaushan Script typeface by Pablo Impallari and Igino Marini, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Apple, Apple Watch, iPhone, Health, Apple Weather and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Garmin Connect, Coros, Polar, Suunto, Zwift, Runna and Stryd are trademarks of their respective owners. Amberday is an independent app, not affiliated with these companies.
